Fees
Note:
(1)The REGISTRATION FEES PAYMENT is open. You can pay the fees using US Dollar or Renminbi(RMB).You can download the Fees Payment Form for Attendee_WCCM-2024（English）or Fees Payment Form for Attendee_WCCM-2024（Chinese） Please follow the instructions provided in the fees payment form.

(2)The conference registration, hotel reservation and related activities are commissioned by Beijing Yantai Conference Service CO.,LTD.(Email: yangziwei@yantaijigou.com).

(3) The conference fee includes the session attendance, lunch, refreshments, program package, e-proceedings, and tickets for the exhibition, the welcome reception and gala dinner.

(4) Student or retiree will be requested to submit the proof of enrollment or retirement while registering.

(5) Accompanying person fee includes the lunch, refreshments, and tickets for the welcome reception and the gala dinner. Participation in the scientific program is not permitted. Reservations for companions are available only after the conference registration.

(6) The presenting authors must register by 31 August 2024 in order to present in the conference. Otherwise, the abstract acceptance will be withdrawn.

(7) One-day ticket is only valid for attending conference and exhibition on the selected date. Participants can make presentations but the full papers will not accepted by conference.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. For all Participants:

Until 31 August 2024: 90% of the paid registration fee refund

2. For authors whose full papers are accepted:

From 1 September 2024: No refunds

For Other Participants:

From 1 September to 30 September 2024: 70% of the paid registration fee refund

From 1 October 2024: No refunds

● Cancellations must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by e-mail (3rdwccm@csei.org.cn, yangziwei@yantaijigou.com)

● All refunds will be made by 4 weeks (16 November 2024) after the end of the conference.

● Bank service charges and administrative fees incurred for refunds will be deducted from the refund amount.
